Step by Step Method
Step 1
Bring all ingredients to a boil.
Step 2
Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove liver
Step 3
And continue to simmer stock for at least one hour, or until giblets are tender and you can pull meat from neck.

Strain mixture.
Step 5
Remove giblets and chop, with liver, for gravy.
