Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the pretzels with the sugars, milk powder, and butter.

Step 3

Spread the mixture on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, until fragrant and lightly browned. Let cool completely.

Step 4

Transfer to a bowl and mix with the candy.

This was really fun. I have to say, I found myself picking out the pretzels...I'm not a huge candy eater so next time I might even make it with just pretzels! I do love that the pretzel mixture includes dry milk instead of flour (yeah calcium). I did cut down the butter to 4 tlbs and used some extra pretzels (I measured before crushing and wasn't sure if I was supposed to or crush first).
