"I saw this on another recipe site, I made some changes to the recipe to suit my taste and used cooked grilled steak instead of pork. Hope you like it! :)"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, the grease a 13x9 inch casserole dish or baking dish.

Step 2

Measure the chicken broth and water to make two cups. Pour into a saucepan. Add rice. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until rice is tender.

Step 3

When the rice is cooked, in a large bowl, mix together the cubed pork, rice and broccoli. In another bowl mix the onions with next 8 ingredients (make sure it's well mixed). Add the soup mixture to the pork mixture, stir until well mixed. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover tightly with foil.

Step 4

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until completely heated through.

Step 5

Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes in the oven.

Oh yes this was good and I love the fact you can adapt it to you liking using different ingredient which is what I did, this is a great way to use up leftover cooked pork roast, my family loved this casserole so I'll be making it many times again!
