Step by Step Method
Step 1
Slice green onions thinly.
Step 2
Heat a small skillet to medium heat.
Step 3
Add butter to pan and melt.
Step 4
Whisk eggs in bowl and add the desired amount of chipotle hot sauce, and salt & pepper.
Step 5
Pour eggs into pan and scramble.
Step 6
Cook until desired doneness.
Step 7
Put eggs on to plate and top with green onions.
