"This has a 1 and a 3/4 cup dressing recipe included. You will need 2 tablespoons of the dressing. Thousand Island dressing may be used as a substitute. Panera uses a tomato basil bread. If you find that anywhere, please post in the Zazz forums where you found it."

Step by Step Method

Dressing:


Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.

Step 2

Refrigerate.

Step 3

This makes 1 3/4 cups, and will keep a long time in the fridge.

Sandwich:


Step 4

Spread 2 tbsp of the dressing on one of the bread slices and smear the other side with avocado.

Step 5

On top of one slice of bread, layer lettuce, tomato, turkey, gouda, and bacon.

Step 6

Top with the second slice of bread slice on diagonal and serve.
