Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°.
Step 2
Cream shortening; add honey,orange rind and egg.
Step 3
Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Step 4
Add orange juice and nuts.
Step 5
Put in 9x5 bread pan that has been greased and floured.
Step 6
Bake 70 minutes.
