Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a saucepan over medium heat bring the sugar and water to a boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice until thicken and is reduced to 1 3/4 cups. Stir in orange blossom water.

Step 2

Let syrup cool before using.

Delicious! I let it get a little too thick, but that's ok because I think I'll put some over vanilla ice cream. Meanwhile, I'm using it in iced tea, and it is SO GOOD! As a topping, I'm going to add some food coloring so it's a light orange, so it'll look better than a clear topping. Thinking it might also be excellent mixed with fresh cut fruit. Thanks for sharing!
