"These two recipe variations, are both very easy and simple - 5 minutes if that to prepare, but always delicious. For all of you that forgot about these ... well, this is your reminder. Most importantly, BUY good quality ham and/or turkey. I go to the deli and have it sliced fresh; yes, it does make a difference. It is 'Old School Goodness.' And remember, you will spreading the ham and turkey with fillings, then rolling; so, don't get it sliced to thin - you don't want it to fall apart."
