  • The following recipe serves 8-16 people.

Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • HAM, PICKLES AND CHEESE
  • 1 1/2 pounds honey baked or roasted ham, thin sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub philiadelphia cream cheese with chives and onions, room temp
  • 1 thin slice dill pickle (per roll-up, you can buy sandwich thins, but I prefer to thin slice them myself)
  • 1/8 cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 scallions, diced fine (white and green parts)
  • TURKEY, CHUTNEY AND CHEESE
  • 1 1/2 pounds honey baked/roasted turkey, thin sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney (I used Major Greys Mango Chutney, available at most local grocery stores)
  • 3 scallions, diced fine (white and green parts)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (I like them toasted, but not necessary)
