For these wet burritos I used dienia b's New Mexico Red Pot Roast - https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/new-mexico-red-pot-roast-32648 - and it was very good in these burritos. I used a package of Knorr's Fiesta Sides spanish rice and OreTega refried beans. Made 8 of them and put them in a glass baking dish, topped with some red enchilada sauce and extra cheese and put them in the oven just until heated thru. Before serving topped with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and green onions. Served with tortilla chips and another great recipe by dienia b - Avocado Ranch Dressing - https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/avocado-ranch-dressing-13169. Made and reviewed for Susie's World Tour 2019 - Fusion.
