Wow, this sure was one of the best hot chocolates I've ever made! Followed the recipe to the letter and will absolutely make it again. Not too sweet, made with honey - my thing! Thanks for sharing! Made for SWT 2019 / Fusion Cuisine for the Traveling Tastebuds

Rich, chocolaty and loved the addition of both nutmeg and honey. Would be such a warming and fun cold weather drink.

A great drink for a blustery cold day. Just the right amount of sweetness and spice.

5 stars all the way Ellie. This hot chocolate is delicious. Sweet, smooth, velvety and rich. I garnished with whipped cream, more ground cinnamon and nutmeg. Made for Best of 2017.

Mmmm! This was tasty - I really liked the use of honey, which gave it a unique taste. So much easier than using those blocks of Mexican chocolate (which I LOVE). Tonight it's rainy here, so this went down real nice while plopped on the sofa reading a book!

This was so delicious...I'm not sure why it stands out from the rest of the hot chocolates...is it the nutmeg...or the vanilla...maybe it's the use of honey instead of sugar...I topped it with whipped cream and a dusting of semi-sweet chocolate...yummy...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
