"This is recipe that helps lessen nausea and regulate your body temperature. Ginger has many healing benefits and nausea is one of them, also, pepper is known for calming nausea and it raises body temperature, making it valuable for treating fevers and chills and it is also a natural antibiotic which helps you fight bacteria. I decided to try this with chicken broth as that is what I usually like to drink when I am nauseated. It worked, I felt much better after sipping it. All this in a cup and it tastes pretty good also."
