"These muffins have such a wonderful moist flavor. I really enjoy having them with my cup of tea in the morning. I get requests for these muffins often and am happy to oblige. They don't take long to whip up either. "

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix first 7 ingredients well in a large bowl

Step 2

Add the 2 cups of flour slowly to mixture blending well

Step 3

Prepare muffin tins using Pam or muffin liners. Pour batter in prepared tins to 2/3 full. I get 18 muffins but it depends on which size muffin tins you have.

Step 4

Bake in preheated oven of 350 for 20 - 25 minutes till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
