"Alright, it's time to stop playing with Recipezaaz and go boil some eggs. That way I can have my all-time favorite breakfast tomorrow morning. Pure comfort food. Good served over grits too."

TwisSis RIP Forever in our Kitchen

Your recipe "made my day" yesterday when DH & I hosted a family brunch. I wanted something tasty that worked well w/potato hash, was a departure from scrambled eggs & could be served easily to a crowd. Your "Mom's Creamed Eggs" ticked all the right boxes. I made 2 changes (as we agreed) by adding crisped bacon to the egg mixture & served it over a small-dice onion-potato hash w/toast & fruit on-the-side. It was rich, satisfying & well-received by my guests. Thx for posting this recipe.
