Step by Step Method
Step 1
Grease muffin pans or line with paper liners.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 3
Beat eggs until fluffy with softened butter. Stir in yogurt, molasses, honey and vanilla.
Step 4
In another bowl, combine flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Stir until no streaks remain. Gradually stir in dry mixture.
Step 5
Stir in raisins.
Step 6
Fill the muffin tins with the batter.
Step 7
Bake about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Step 8
Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle confectioners icing over top while still warm
