"Salads SO fit my cooking style because you can use whatever ingredients sound good and you really don't have to measure accurately (or at all!) :) The sweet oranges really make this a refreshing combination - and I can think of more elements that could be added - green or red onion, fresh mushrooms, crumbled bacon, goat cheese, fresh mozzarella cheese, sunflower seeds, toasted almonds or cashews, or ???"
