"Another recipe that was posted back in 2005,which has been saved from a " Sinking Ship ". ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: I just had to make up another tortellini recipe. I had all the things in my cupboard and thought,"why not?" I just guessed on the time." I believe the cooking time time for the pasta would be about 8 to 10 minutes. Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain.
Step 3
Return to skillet; add taco seasoning and water.
Step 4
Cook and stir until water is absorbed then add pasta.
Step 5
Blend in salsa until pasta is covered.
Step 6
Sprinkle cheese over top,cover and let sit until the cheese is melted,about 5 minutes.
