"Bring out those chops and fire up the BBQ! This recipe is sufficient for 1-2 pounds of meat. Don't use plastic anything (bags, wrap, utensils, containers, etc) with this marinade since essential oils will eat away at the plastic and add the flavor to your food. Yuck!"
Combine all ingredients and pour over meat in a shallow glass bowl or baking pan.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-4 hours before grilling.
Discard marinade after use.
