Step by Step Method
Step 1
Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 2
Pour over 2 lbs (907g) chicken pieces, turn pieces to coat evenly with marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 4
Bake thighs and drumsticks for 40-45 minutes or breasts for 30-35 minutes.
