This was good and I will make this again. I did make a few changes for what I had on hand: no frozen concentrate but had some orange juice, so I switched out the water for o.j. I didn't marinade the chicken just tossed everything into the crockpot, it worked :) Used thighs and legs instead of a whole chicken took out when done. Added the bells along with onions, celery and carrots with the cornstarch mixed with o.j. Deboned the chicken and added it back in. This was yummy! I will add a few hot peppers and my husband suggested some orange zest to give it a more orangey taste when I make this again. Thank you Carol for a yummy easy dish.
