Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat.

Step 2

Add shallots, lemongrass, and cumin; stir-fry 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add jicama and bell pepper; stir-fry 3 minutes.

Step 4

Stir in papaya, pineapple, soy sauce, lime juice, agave nectar, and chile-garlic sauce. Stir-fry 1 minute.

Step 5

Garnish with cilantro.

Different than anything I have had before, but it was so yummy! I wasn't sure what to serve with it so I made chicken fingers and dipped them in Sweet Chili Sauce. It was pretty good together, but next time I will try my hand at making Curry Chicken. Very enjoyable for me and my hubby!
