Macaroni & Cheese Stuffed Hot Dogs For 2

"Now I know these aren't really " Stuffed " Hot Dogs.But I couldn't think of a better name. ;)I think this is something that any kid or any adult that's a " kid at heart " would enjoy. And what's good about this recipe is,you can use leftovers from any Mac & Cheese recipe and also hot dogs that have been leftover from a cookout. If you don't have leftover hot dogs,just split them lengthwise(don't cut all the way through)and pan fry on both sides.If you have to cook the hot dogs,cook time will be a bit longer. Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
While oven is preheating line a 11 x 7 inch pan with aluminum foil and prepare with cooking spray.
Step 3
Place hot dogs on prepared foil,place 1/4 cup of macaroni and cheese on each hot dog.
Step 4
Place 1/8th cup of shredded cheese on top of macaroni & cheese.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese on top is golden brown.
