Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together bread and corn bread that has been crumbled with stock from turkey.
Step 2
Be sure to use enough stock so it will not be stiff.
Step 3
(Add sage here and check for flavor before adding eggs start with 1 teaspoon .I like sage so I'm adding more)
Step 4
Saute onions and celery in butter until tender
Step 5
Add eggs and remaining ingredients.
Step 6
(Put in pam sprayed casserole covered)
Step 7
Bake slowly for one hour( 325 degrees )
