Step 1: Mix together bread and corn bread that has been crumbled with stock from turkey.
Step 2: Be sure to use enough stock so it will not be stiff.
Step 3: (Add sage here and check for flavor before adding eggs start with 1 teaspoon .I like sage so I'm adding more)
Step 4: Saute onions and celery in butter until tender
Step 5: Add eggs and remaining ingredients.
Step 6: (Put in pam sprayed casserole covered)
Step 7: Bake slowly for one hour( 325 degrees )
