"Plan ahead the dressing must be refrigerated or at lest 2 or more hours before serving, do not substitute anything else in place of the corn syrup it will alter the flavor For creamy dressing: blend in 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise or to taste, start with 3 tablespoons and add in more to taste For Italian Feta dressing: omit the Parmesan cheese then blend in 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese for a few seconds after you have blended all ingredients."
