"This recipe was originally published as "Irish Creme Drink" in Taste of Home's "Holiday & Celebrations Cookbook Annual 2009", pg 95. Credit was given to Fred Schneider of Sturgeon Bay, WI who said "We top off holiday celebrations with this creamy beverage. With sweetened condensed milk & ice cream, it's like a liquid dessert!" 1 of the reviewers challenged the recipe's use of Irish in the title & most would probably agree, but I'm Irish to the core & answer "Who the heck cares? Make mine a double!" Enjoy!"
