I was surprised at how yummy this was...I cut the recipe in half and it made plenty to fill the large hamburger buns...I think it's the green bell peppers that give it the touch of sweetness that's needed...you can barely taste the liquid smoke so no worries that it is overwhelming with hickory flavor...made for "FYC" tag game...
