Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat up chili in a small pan, making sure its hot.

Step 2

Make your toast.

Step 3

Fry eggs, sunny side up or over easy.

Step 4

Lay toast on a plate, add your cooked egg.

Step 5

Lay 1/2 cup of chili on top of egg.

Step 6

Add cheese over the top, the hot chili will melt the cheese.

Step 7

Add hot sauce if desired!

What a great idea. I left off the cheese - it would have made this dish even more Mmm . It was so good as is.. This would work with a can of baked beans too. So easy - this will be made often Thanks Dissie
