"This recipe makes the best hot fudge sauce I have ever had! All thanks to an accidental measurement that I always use now ;). It stores very well in the fridge. Just put some in a bowl and microwave for a few seconds or use as is from the bottle. Each serving equals 1 tbsp."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine butter, cocoa, sugar and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2

Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

Step 4

Carefully pour hot mixture into a blender and blend for 2 to 4 minutes.

Step 5

Serve immediately or store in refrigerator
