I really love the fresh ginger in this sauce! I love horseradish and this is a lovely change! We had this with grilled rib eye steaks. I did not use the cream as I used light sour cream and it is a lot thinner than the full fat, so did not need it. Will be keeping this recipe on hand this summer! Thank you for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Very yummy sauce! The touch of ginger was nice, and gave a nice background flavor. I used grated horseradish in vinegar and added extra. I used this in tuna salad which I ate in a wrap and it was delicious! Freddy Cat says hi! Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.

I made this recipe as listed except for using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and it turned out lovely. I served it up with roast beef and Yummy!! Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
