Step by Step Method
Step 1
Whisk all ingredients in a large shallow dish wish a fork until well combined.
Step 2
Add your chosen meat in one layer and turn meat to coat thoroughly.
Step 3
Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for anytime between 30 minutes and 12 hours. The longer you leave to marinate the more intense the flavour.
Step 4
Remove the meat from the marinade and cook as preferred.
