Combine hot stock, rice,and seasonings.

Bake covered at 375 for 10 minutes

Top with broccoli, 1/2 can onions and parmesan cheese

Place fillets on top diagonally down dish.

Sprinkle fish light with paprika (optional)

Bake uncovered at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easiy with fork

Stir rice
Step 9
Top fish with cheddar cheese and remaining onion
Step 10
Bake uncovered for 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
