Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Step 2: Combine hot stock, rice,and seasonings.
Step 3: Bake covered at 375 for 10 minutes
Step 4: Top with broccoli, 1/2 can onions and parmesan cheese
Step 5: Place fillets on top diagonally down dish.
Step 6: Sprinkle fish light with paprika (optional)
Step 7: Bake uncovered at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easiy with fork
Step 8: Stir rice
Step 9: Top fish with cheddar cheese and remaining onion
Step 10: Bake uncovered for 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
