Step by Step Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in the boiling water until cooked al dente and drain.
Step 2
Toss with sesame oil in a bowl to coat.
Step 3
Mix water, soy sauce, cornstarch, oyster sauce, and ground ginger into a sauce a small bowl and set aside.
Step 4
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat and cook and stir shrimp in hot oil until pink, 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add Spam and cook until heated.
Step 6
Remove shrimp and Spam from skillet to a bowl and return pan to heat.
Step 7
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in the pan, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Step 8
Add in remaining vegetables and cook until slightly tender.
Step 9
Pour prepared sauce over vegetable mixture.
Step 10
Stir continually, bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.
Step 11
Return shrimp and Spam to the pan.
Step 12
Mix and add pasta, toss to coat and season to taste.
