Very good and easy dinner that is open to adaptations. I used ground turkey (instead of the beef) and frozen peas and some celery, cut-up. I also didn't have any beef broth so added 2 beef bouillion cubes with water. Easy and good!

This is a very hearty delicious soup. I did make a few slight changes; I only used one can tomatoes as that is all I had on hand and used 2 cans beef broth to make up for the juices from that missing can of tomatoes. Put it together in the morning and just let it go, perfect for those cold winter days. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag game.

Made for a wonderful hearty and great tasting supper soup, and as all the Zazz soups I've made to date has been added to my Soup Cookbook. I didn't have the classic frozen vegetables which had me sub with fresh carrots and green beans, canned corn - no peas so added in some canned rinsed navy beans - all of which worked well for me! Awesome soup which made for seconds all around. Have added the classic vegetables to my grocery list but think your basic recipe is just so good that one could go with vegetables one has on hand. This one is going to see to a good many makings come gardening time - love to come in to a good supper ready to put on the table. Thank you Brooke!

We loved this soup. It's simple, hearty and so simple to make. I prepared it on the stove top instead of the crock pot this time around but I'll be making it again in the crock. It's the perfect meal to come home to after a long day at work.
