Step 1

Place cheese on sandwich roll, sandwiching the filling between the cheese.

As we are on holiday and in a motel with basic kitchen and though they have a microwave it is on a shelf which is to high for me to operate the microwave safely as I could easily spill hot food on me when taking out of the microwave so I cooked the onions in a frypan and then cooked the bacon and assembled the sandwich though did not worry about buttering the bread and used the bacon fat to cook the sandwich and a very delicious sandwich it was making a very filling lunch thank you Galley_Wench, made for Pick Me tag game.
