"This is a quick recipe to put together, especially if you have someone to help you in the kitchen. Even if not, it is really quick. It is hot where I live most of the time, so it's nice to keep the heat out of the kitchen!"

Amazing! The sauce is so good, I wanted to eat it by the spoonful! But glad I saved it for the beef. I served the skewers over a bed of the slaw, with rice on the side. The slaw in itself will probably be repeated often - it's also very, very good. I only made half the beef, but the entire slaw and sauce. I'm glad we had more sauce to serve on the side, and leftovers of the slaw. Thanks for sharing - great recipe!

What a great combo this was. We did a favor for a friend and got home late, so I made the meat in the skillet. Then I poured the sauce mix on top. The slaw was great on top of the rice. Thanks, Breezer! I forgot to say that I didn't use the pepper.
