Step 1

Cook the unpeeled potatoes in heavily salted water for 20 minutes. ((You dont have water covering the potatoes but pour salt on top of potatoes while cooking so it clings to skin)

Reduce heat to a simmer and let cook, stirring continually, until slightly thickened.

Serve immediately with the leek sauce poured over the cut like baked potatoes
