Step 4: Split them lengthwise and slice thinly.
Step 5: Put in colander
Step 6: Wash thoroughly
Step 7: Add to saucepan
Step 8: Mix the mustard with the buttermilk and cream,pour into leeks
Step 9: And add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10: Reduce heat to a simmer and let cook, stirring continually, until slightly thickened.
Step 11: Serve immediately with the leek sauce poured over the cut like baked potatoes
