Step 1

Chop vegetables and place in blender along with 1 cup tomato juice, parsley, garlic, vinegar and salt

Blend until smooth

Pour into pitcher

Add remaining tomato juice, pepper, Tabasco sauce and more salt to taste

Cover and refrigerated till well chilled, stir well and adjust seasoning if needed

Step 6

Serve over ice with celery stalks for stirrers
