Step 1: Chop vegetables and place in blender along with 1 cup tomato juice, parsley, garlic, vinegar and salt
Step 2: Blend until smooth
Step 3: Pour into pitcher
Step 4: Add remaining tomato juice, pepper, Tabasco sauce and more salt to taste
Step 5: Cover and refrigerated till well chilled, stir well and adjust seasoning if needed
Step 6: Serve over ice with celery stalks for stirrers
