This is one of my most favorite seasonings. It makes the best seasoning for ribs, where it is liberally dusted with this seasoning, wrapped in foil, placed in the oven until ribs were tender. Then shmeared with Gates Bar-B-Q Sauce (available on this site) and then quickly broil or grill. Yum. I've also used this seasoning sprinkled on turkey sandwiches, grilled chicken and as a final seasoning over crisped fried chicken wings. The only thing I've done differently is added less salt, so that I can add more seasoning and salt it to taste. Thanks WAIGEN, for posting and sharing this recipe.
