Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cream 1/2 cup of the butter with the sugar.
Step 2
Add the eggs and beat until light.
Step 3
Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
Step 4
Melt the rest of the butter with the chocolate either in the top of a double boiler or in microwave; cool and beat into the first mixture.
Step 5
Add the flour and salt and mix well.
Step 6
Pour batter into a greased, floured 13 X 9 inch pan and bake 45 minutes.
Step 7
Cool in the pan and cut into 42 squares (6 squares across by 7 squares long).
