Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat a large pot.
Step 2
Add oil and meat.
Step 3
Brown on all sides.
Step 4
Place in the crockpot, add tomatoes.
Step 5
Add corn, garlic, onions, chiles and beans.
Step 6
Add seasonings. Stir.
Step 7
Blend the jalapeno and poblano chiles, vodka, pepper and water together and add the "Firewater" to the crockpot and cover.
Step 8
Cook for 6 hours until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. you may need to add more water.
