Step by Step Method

Step 1

Marinate beef in Ziploc bag overnight.

Step 2

Next day season the beef.

Step 3

Heat butter and marinade juice.

Step 4

Brown beef on all sides

Step 5

Put in Pam sprayed crockpot.

Step 6

Brown onions and at the last minute add garlic.

Step 7

Put in crockpot.

Step 8

Add wine to deglaze pan.

Step 9

Add to crockpot with juice.

Step 10

Turn crockpot on high cook 8 hours adding water as needed.
