Fettuccine Alfredo With Shrimp

Begin cooking your fettuccine pasta noodles to your liking.
Add 1 tablespoon butter into a non-stick pan or skillet.
Once butter melted and almost brown, add your shrimp.
Cook the shrimp and set aside.
Add the remaining butter for the sauce.
Saute the garlic for about 2 minutes making sure that you do not burn garlic.
Add flour, pepper, cayenne, and stir for about a minute or so.
Add your heavy cream, turn down the heat and simmer for about two minutes, until thick.
Mix in your cheeses and melt.
Toss in your fettuccine and shrimp.
Serve optionally with garlic bread on the side and garnish with your favorite herb such as parsley or basil.
