Step 1: Begin cooking your fettuccine pasta noodles to your liking.
Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon butter into a non-stick pan or skillet.
Step 3: Once butter melted and almost brown, add your shrimp.
Step 4: Cook the shrimp and set aside.
Step 5: Add the remaining butter for the sauce.
Step 6: Saute the garlic for about 2 minutes making sure that you do not burn garlic.
Step 7: Add flour, pepper, cayenne, and stir for about a minute or so.
Step 8: Add your heavy cream, turn down the heat and simmer for about two minutes, until thick.
Step 9: Mix in your cheeses and melt.
Step 10: Toss in your fettuccine and shrimp.
Step 11: Serve optionally with garlic bread on the side and garnish with your favorite herb such as parsley or basil.
Step 12: Enjoy!
