"It really doesn't matter what cut of steak, this is good on anything beef. I usually make sure to marinate at least four hours, up to overnight if it's a tougher cut. I broil because it's easier for me, but you can grill if you'd rather. Prep time is mixing, cook time is marinating minimum time. This makes about a cup of marinade, so 8 servings indicates 8 steaks."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a measuring cup; pour over your favourite cut of steak.
Step 2
Cover and refrigerate at least four hours, turning occasionally (I usually use a zip-top plastic bag to make this easier).
Step 3
When ready to cook, drain and discard remaining marinade.
