"This is a fantastic and easy dipping sauce. Perfect with Asian dishes, blackened recipes, seafood, beef, poultry, or pork. I love to grill some skewers of blackened chicken and shrimp; and serve this dip with it. I know the sauce is Asian, and the skewers Cajun ... but it works. The sauce is also great with fried chicken tenders, coconut shrimp, onion rings, fried vegetables, spring rolls, dumplings, tempura, etc. It is just a great versatile sauce. I use it all the time, with all types of recipes."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Sauce ... Add everything to a small bowl, and mix to combine. Note: If you make it in advance, I would add the cilantro (which is optional), and scallions, right before serving. It is fine for a hour or so; but, I wouldn't add it if you plan to refrigerate any longer.
Step 2
Serve and ENJOY! ... As I said, this can be served as a great condiment, with many different recipes.
