Step by Step Method

Place the drippings in a hot pan or pot ( use medium/high heat) - add the flour and whisk constantly for 2 minutes.

Slowly add the chicken stock, whisking constantly until there is a smooth gravy - add enough stock so that the gravy is to your liking.

Taste the gravy and add salt and pepper, if necessary.
